Together, these notebooks trace the story of life - from body to brain to evolution.
Human Anatomy, Neuroscience, Evolution & Genetics.
We made this set for people who want to look inward, not outward. If Volume I was about the forces that shaped our universe, then Volume II turns the lens on the forces that shaped us.
The Living Code is a pocket-sized archive of the greatest breakthroughs in biology: the first detailed maps of the human body, the hidden networks of the brain, the branching patterns of heredity and evolution.
Inside, you’ll find carefully chosen extracts from the original texts that defined these fields - Henry Gray’s precise anatomical drawings, Charles Darwin’s bold theories, Gregor Mendel’s pea plants, and Santiago Ramon y Cajal’s exquisite neuron sketches.
This isn’t just stationery. It’s a way of carrying history in your pocket, while making space for your own discoveries.

A parchment style cover inspired by Da Vinci's anatomy notebooks.
The images on the cover are are excerpts and engravings from the 1858 edition of Gray’s Anatomy - the book that gave structure to the study of the human body.
A dark purple cover, patterned with branching lines reminiscent of neurons firing across a cortex.
It pays homage to pioneering neuroscientists Santiago Ramón y Cajal and Camillo Golgi, whose drawings are featured on the cover.
These landmark illustrations revealed the hidden architecture of the brain - the earliest glimpses of how thought itself takes shape.

This green and gold cover features extracts from Darwin's On the Origin of Species iMendel’s Experiments in Plant Hybridization - the beginnings of modern genetics.
It’s a celebration of the code written into every living thing.
The Details that Matter

Made Close to Home
We believe the things you carry should respect the things you care about. So these notebooks are made in the UK, reducing their carbon footprint while supporting local manufacturing

Premium Paper
Inside, you’ll find 7mm lined paper - wide enough for free-flowing thoughts, structured enough for neat calculations. The 80gsm paper resists most pen bleed-through, so you can use your favourite ink without fear.

Outstanding Quality - Crafted in the UK
Everything about these notebooks was intentional. The corners are rounded to slip easily into pockets or bags without snagging, the size, the feel, the quiet durability.
They’re not disposable - they’re companions.
